Organic farming in Contrada Moschella: cover crops, minimal tillage, natural groundcover. Hand pruning, targeted thinning, low yields. Copper and sulfur only. Dawn harvests, hand-sorting intact clusters: healthy fruit, living soils, protected biodiversity, clean energy, saved water, safeguarded landscape, every season.
